1972 – 1975,  Iowa University College of Law in Iowa City, Iowa.  Juris Doctorate (J.D.) received in May of 1975.

Primary functions included:  Corporate taxation of revenues and expenditures from the general fund, working capital fund, capital projects fund and sinking fund.  General functions included:  Litigation of the City Code and drafting Municipal Ordinances.
