The General Practice of Attorney Prince includes:

Personal Injury - automobile, premises liability, industrial, boating, airplane, and other transportation accidents. Both soft-tissue (minor) injuries and serious impact cases are handled on an attorney contingent fee basis with the client. The normal contingent fee is 33 1/3% for a claim, 40% for a lawsuit, and 50% to handle an appeal.

Workers' Compensation - industrial accidents and Long Shoreman claims with a contingent fee based contract that cannot exceed the current legal limit of 25%.

Real Estate - Residential closing and commercial foreclosures are based on a retainer agreement and an hourly fee based on $150.00 per hour.

Debt Collection - professional and personal: billed to the client either on a % of the amount collected or at an hourly fee of $150.00 per hour.

Civil and Criminal Litigation - The hourly fee of $150.00 per hour is charged to client's unless the civil case is based on a contingent fee. All criminal cases are fee based at $150.00 per hour.

Family, Employment and Labor Law - The hourly fee of $150.00 per hour is generally charged to client's, and normally a retainer is established (depending on the complexity of the cases).

Social Security, Welfare Benefits, Unemployment and Administrative Hearing - The type of fee maybe either contingent fee based or hourly fee of $150.00 per hour depending on the circumstances involved.
